These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription plans offered for ZHEREN AI Travel Translator.

By purchasing or using a paid subscription, you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

ZHEREN AI Travel Translator may offer free and paid plans, including but not limited to:

Free Guest

The Free Guest plan allows limited use of the app without requiring a paid subscription. Usage limits may include daily and monthly session limits.

Traveler Plan

The Traveler Plan is designed for travel, daily communication, and general cross-language use.

The current reference plan is:

Traveler Plan: US$6.99 per month, 500 translation sessions per month.

Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is designed for heavier usage, business communication, and users who need a larger monthly quota.

The current reference plan is:

Pro Plan: US$14.99 per month, 2,000 translation sessions per month.

Plan names, prices, features, and usage limits may be updated from time to time. The plan information displayed inside the app or at checkout is the effective information for your purchase.

2. Translation Sessions and Usage Limits

A translation session generally means one completed text or voice translation request processed through the ZHEREN AI translation service.

Cloud TTS replay of saved translation history does not normally consume additional translation sessions.

Usage limits are applied on the server side and may be refreshed automatically based on your current plan.

3. Billing and Renewal

Paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Payment processing and subscription management may be provided by Stripe or another supported payment provider.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring billing for the selected plan until the subscription is canceled.

4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription entry in the app, or through the subscription management link provided on the official website.

If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features may remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally billed for the selected billing period. Refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider, applicable laws, and the specific circumstances of the request.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support with your account email, order information, and a brief description of the issue.

6. Account and Device Use

Some paid features may require account login, email verification, and device synchronization.

Cross-device plan restore may require signing in with the same account email used for the purchase.

ZHEREN may apply reasonable device management, quota protection, and anti-abuse measures to protect the service.

7. Service Availability

ZHEREN AI Travel Translator relies on cloud services, network connectivity, speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech technologies. Service performance may vary depending on network conditions, language pair, speech clarity, device status, and third-party service availability.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the subscription service after changes become effective means that you accept the updated terms.
